The investment strategy of Samla Asunnot Ky (Samla Apartment Fund) is to invest in rental apartments in growth centres. Around 50% of the investments are already rented cash flow properties and the remaining 50% are development sites, in which the return is based on an increase in value during development. Our target return is a 7% annual return on equity and a 4.5% annual profit distribution.
