Ilari is responsible for leasing business premises and managing and developing tenant relationships.
Matti is known as an analytical, long-term and collaborative sports person, as indicated by his 2011 World Cross-Country Skiing Championship. Matti has a bachelor’s degree in economics, majoring in marketing, and has been working in an entrepreneurial manner with various stakeholders from the early 2000’s. Active monitoring of economic and social affairs and networking have been part of Matti’s daily routine for more than 20 years. In his work, Matti strives to exceed goals by focusing on relevant issues and active interaction between people.
In his free time, Matti focuses on his family and people close to him. Matti’s hobbies include sports that support overall well-being, e.g. running, skiing, kayaking, badminton and reading.

At Samla Capital, Tapio Lyytinen is responsible for investor relations and office space rental management.
During his work career, Tapio has been involved in sales and customer service, as well as sales and customer relationship management. He has worked at ManpowerGroup in service business customer acquisition, as well as sales and customer relationship management duties during the past 13 years. He also belonged to ManpowerGroup Contact Center Oy’s operational board during the past 8 years. Tapio received a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration (2011) from the University of Jyväskylä, focusing on accounting, finance and management. His previous business studies at the university of applied sciences and university provide a good development platform for the world of real estate investing. His experiences during his sports career and studies strongly inspired him to collaborate with others and led to the world of sales.
In addition to work, he spends his leisure time with his family and sporting activities, such as golf, basketball and hunting.
