Your rights
You have the right to access the data we process about you, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict its processing, to object to processing and to receive the data you have provided in a machine-readable format. You can also withdraw any consent you have given at any time.
Send your request by email to info(at)samla.fi or by post to Samla Capital Oy, Hannikaisenkatu 39, 40100 Jyväskylä, Finland. We will respond within one month at the latest. We may ask you to verify your identity so that data is not disclosed to the wrong person.

Use of artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence to support our work. We do not use artificial intelligence to make decisions about you, and decisions are always made by a person. We do not use your personal data to train artificial intelligence models. Use of artificial intelligence in the privacy notice
Information security
We protect the data in our possession with appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, misuse, unauthorised use, disclosure, alteration and destruction.
If you discover a vulnerability in our services or suspect a data security breach, please report it to us at info(at)samla.fi. Describe as precisely as possible what you observed and where.
Partners and data transfers
We use service providers that process personal data on our behalf and according to our instructions. Most processing takes place within the European Economic Area. Supervision and regulation
