The shopping centre has around two million visitors a year, and the building already has Finnish and international chain stores, cafés and restaurants. Retail space of 52 m² available now.
Clinic, training or professional office
The available 485 m² office space on the third floor can be divided as needed into 100–150 m² practices or split between two occupiers. Customers find their way using the shopping centre's signage and park in the building's car park.

Kauppakeskus Chydenia is in the centre of Kokkola, and Samla Toimitilat owns around 8,000 square metres of it, or half of the shopping centre's premises. The building is from two eras: the oldest part dates from 1926, and the current shopping centre was completed in 2006.
