Samla Hotels fund
Samla Hotels Ky invests in hotel properties. The anchor investment of the fund is a 14 000 sqm prime property in central Helsinki. The property has been developed into an international luxury brand hotel with a 20-year lease agreement, named The Hotel Maria.
We Capitalise Well-being
Samla’s main purpose is to invest in real estate. That requires capital. Well-maintained properties create well-being for their users, i.e. tenants in the buildings we own.
